- Loan-To-Value (LTV) for flips up to 80% and $5,000,000 loan amounts. Lower LTV above $5 million.
- Maximum LTV for completed projects (listed for sale or used as short-term rental) is 70% of Appraised Value.
- Interest rates starting at 7.50%. Portfolio average is 9.50%.
- Origination Cost of 1.5 to 3 points.
- 12 to 36-Month terms.
